J.D. serves as the web curator for Code 660. He worked heavily on the CGRO, Swift, and Fermi mission before assuming wider role within 660. At times he's a bit of a "jack of all trades", but primarily works as a web developer and programmer. Before joining Goddard in 1999, he graduated from the University of Georgia with a Masters in Physics (1997) and spent a little over a year as an instructor and course developer in the Astronomy Department at Carnegie Mellon University. He's been doing some sort of web-related work since his undergraduate days.
