Minority Definition

Equity Definition
Equity is ensuring that everybody has the resources they need to succeed.
Diversity Definition
Diversity is the unique characteristics, perspectives, and life experiences that define us as individuals.
Inclusion Definition
Inclusion is fostering an environment where all individuals contribute fully and feel valued, engaged, and supported to reach their full potential.
