MAPS: The Management and Planning System

MAPS is an interactive management tool designed to link all Sciences and Exploration Directorate (SED) data in one place. It enables easy analysis of the data for financial tracking, management, and strategic planning purposes. MAPS provides both historical and projected data needed to make decisions and to conduct effective strategic planning.

MAPS provides access to the following databases:

• Civil servant workforce demographic data
• ROSES and non-ROSES proposal statistics
• Balance report & expense details for projects and grants
• Income statement reports
• All SED business reports
