    Dr. Griffith is the founding director of NASA’s Carbon Cycle & Ecosystems Office, supporting the North American Carbon Program (www.nacarbon.org), a component of the U.S. Global Change Research Program designed to quantify continental-scale carbon sources and sinks in North America; the Arctic Boreal Vulnerability Experiment (http://above.nasa.gov); and the Carbon Cycle & Ecosystems Focus Area at NASA HQ (http://cce.nasa.gov).
