Download the Instrument Templates

Download the templates in one of these formats:

Template with includes - good for large/growing sites; requires server to have virtual includes enabled
Templates without includes - for small sites; everything is hardwired into each file

Note that the left navigation is a guide and if you don't have content for most of the items there, just comment out or delete them.
