Rachel Soobitsky graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a Masters in Geospatial Information Sciences. She currently is part of the NASA Landslides team and the NASA Disasters team, where she supports coordination and analysis. She represents Goddard Space Flight Center during disaster coordinator calls and helps to coordinate between partners during disaster activations. She performs geospatial analysis to support the teams, as needed.
