I am an Associate Research Scientist affiliated with the Department of Astronomy of the University of Maryland, College Park. I work at the Astroparticle Physics Laboratory (code 661) at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center through the Center for Research and Exploration in Space Science & Technology II (CRESST II) cooperative agreement.

Teaching Experience


I have taught several undergraduate Physics and Mathematics classes at UFABC from 2009 to 2019, including Classical Mechanics, General Relativity, Multivariate Calculus, Linear Algebra, Complex Functions and Differential Geometry. I have also had fun teaching graduate level short courses: Black Hole Quasinormal Modes (CBPF, Brazil, 2018), Neutron Star Asteroseismology (University of La Plata, Argentina, 2019) and Neutron Stars (Fermi Summer School, Delaware, 2022 and 2024).
