Brief Bio
Biljana Orescanin is a Science Collaborator in the Global Modeling and Assimilation Office (GMAO) at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC). She serves as an integrator and “gatekeeper” for land model and data assimilation system development, supporting the testing, validation, integration, and implementation of new capabilities within the GEOS modeling system. Her work focuses on land surface modeling and data assimilation, model infrastructure and configuration, and the development and validation of land surface boundary conditions.
