Dr Kashlinsky did his M.Sc. at Tel Aviv (Israel) and Ph.D. at Cambridge (England). He has been at Goddard since 1991 with a couple of years break at NORDITA (1994-1996 and 1997/98). His scientific interests include cosmology, galaxy formation, large-scale structure of the Universe, cosmic microwave background and cosmic infrared background radtiation. He is a PI on several NASA and NSF grants to study topics related to bulk flows and cosmic microwave bacxkground radiation, and to cosmic infrared background (CIB) and early stellar populations. He leads the LIBRAE project (Looking at Infrared Background Radiation with Euclid - https://www.euclid.caltech.edu/page/Kashlinsky%20Team) to probe CIB from early epochs and related science with Euclid.
