Global MODIS Fires in Google Earth
Daily MODFIRE KML files have been made available in Google Earth. Due to the large amount of data and loading time limitations with Google Earth, two versions have been made:
- Global MODIS Fires (global) - loads fires from entire day all at once and does not need to reload.
- Global MODIS Fires (local) - loads fires only within the user's current viewable area, and reloads whenever a new view is obtained.
