The Fire Radiative Power dataset is derived from NASA's MODIS and NOAA's VIIRS instrument products. MODIS is flying on the Terra and Aqua satellites, and VIIRS aboard Suomi-NPP. Daily equatorial overpass times are at ~10:30am/pm LST for Terra, and at ~1:30am/pm LST for Aqua and Suomi-NPP.
The Carbon Monoxide Smoke Plume forecast dataset is derived from the Emissions Database for Global Atmospheric Research (EDGAR) emissions inventory ingested into the FLEXible PARTicle dispersion model (FLEXPART).
The Observational Precipitation dataset is taken from Global Precipitation Measurement (GPM) mission's Integrated Multi-satellite Retrievals for GPM (IMERG) near-real-time products (Version 4) at 0.1×0.1° resolution, and the Forecasted Precipitation dataset is taken from NOAA's Global Forecast System product (GFS) at 0.25×0.25° resolution.
The date labels on the horizontal axis refer to the beginning of that date (i.e. 12am).
