WIND - Stormy Weather

This talk discusses the progress made by the WIND team in reaction to the results of the Senior Review held by NASA Headquarters. Of the eight principal investigator instruments on WIND, GSFC is involved in six, so the subject is of considerable local importance.
In the course of writing a proposal to Headquarters, some new ideas have been incorporated, and new collaborative opportunities devised. To help colleagues make full use of these possibilities, the future course of the spacecraft will be described. We will also be receptive to ideas contributed by the audience.
