Let's do it. And when I told them\nhow much it cost, their eyes lit up. So it was very useful to use this during the eclipse,<\/div><div class=\"segment style-scope ytd-transcript-segment-renderer\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\" aria-label=\"18 minutes, 22 seconds where scientists would be doing real\nhigh level science during eclipse. And we were able to see that\nthe Helio-STELLA was actually acting very\"><div class=\"segment-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-segment-renderer\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><div class=\"segment-timestamp style-scope ytd-transcript-segment-renderer\">18:22<\/div><\/div>where scientists would be doing real high level science during eclipse. And we were able to see that the Helio-STELLA was actually acting very<\/div><div class=\"segment style-scope ytd-transcript-segment-renderer\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\" aria-label=\"18 minutes, 30 seconds much like higher end, more expensive,\nmore precise, scientific instruments. So,\"><div class=\"segment-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-segment-renderer\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><div class=\"segment-timestamp style-scope ytd-transcript-segment-renderer\">18:30<\/div><\/div>much like higher end, more expensive, more precise, scientific instruments. STELLA. And all that, or, you know, as well as maybe enhance it as well.<\/div><div class=\"segment style-scope ytd-transcript-segment-renderer\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\" aria-label=\"24 minutes, 25 seconds What would you\nwhat would you put on there? What would you be thinking about? You know, how would you come up with it?\"><div class=\"segment-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-segment-renderer\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><div class=\"segment-timestamp style-scope ytd-transcript-segment-renderer\">24:25<\/div><\/div>What would you what would you put on there? What would you be thinking about? Right. So we've already worked on that. Right. So we&#8217;ve already worked on that. Paul, again, has already done a version two, if you will, that incorporates<\/div><div class=\"segment style-scope ytd-transcript-segment-renderer\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\" aria-label=\"24 minutes, 42 seconds the only other things we really think\ncould be demonstrated of heliophysics. And that is a three axis magnetometer\"><div class=\"segment-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-segment-renderer\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><div class=\"segment-timestamp style-scope ytd-transcript-segment-renderer\">24:42<\/div><\/div>the only other things we really think could be demonstrated of heliophysics. And that is a three axis magnetometer<\/div><div class=\"segment style-scope ytd-transcript-segment-renderer\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\" aria-label=\"24 minutes, 49 seconds and a GPS device. So, unfortunately, magnetometer\non the surface of the Earth\"><div class=\"segment-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-segment-renderer\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><div class=\"segment-timestamp style-scope ytd-transcript-segment-renderer\">24:49<\/div><\/div>and a GPS device. So, unfortunately, magnetometer on the surface of the Earth<\/div><div class=\"segment style-scope ytd-transcript-segment-renderer\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\" aria-label=\"24 minutes, 54 seconds isn't quite as precise to predict or demonstrate\nthe sun's behavior, but it can in\"><div class=\"segment-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-segment-renderer\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><div class=\"segment-timestamp style-scope ytd-transcript-segment-renderer\">24:54<\/div><\/div>isn&#8217;t quite as precise to predict or demonstrate the sun&#8217;s behavior, but it can in<\/div><div class=\"segment style-scope ytd-transcript-segment-renderer\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\" aria-label=\"25 minutes, 1 second certain cases during solar storms and, it still demonstrates some things.\"><div class=\"segment-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-segment-renderer\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><div class=\"segment-timestamp style-scope ytd-transcript-segment-renderer\">25:01<\/div><\/div>certain cases during solar storms and, it still demonstrates some things.<\/div><div class=\"segment style-scope ytd-transcript-segment-renderer\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\" aria-label=\"25 minutes, 8 seconds It's not quite as sensitive,\nbut but it can all in one package show you,\"><div class=\"segment-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-segment-renderer\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><div class=\"segment-timestamp style-scope ytd-transcript-segment-renderer\">25:08<\/div><\/div>It&#8217;s not quite as sensitive, but but it can all in one package show you,<\/div><div class=\"segment style-scope ytd-transcript-segment-renderer\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\" aria-label=\"25 minutes, 14 seconds magnetosphere variation\nalong with any photometric. Which we did with some data.\"><div class=\"segment-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-segment-renderer\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><div class=\"segment-timestamp style-scope ytd-transcript-segment-renderer\">25:35<\/div><\/div>so that you could register that with all kinds of other data. And showing that this thing\nis actually showing real data,\"><div class=\"segment-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-segment-renderer\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><div class=\"segment-timestamp style-scope ytd-transcript-segment-renderer\">26:03<\/div><\/div>And so that to me, that&#8217;s that&#8217;s almost that&#8217;s really citizen science. And, because it's inexpensive,\nyou can have all kinds of clubs, schools, everybody. So what we&#8217;ve learned doing STELLA and other people have learned doing STELLA type educational projects are absolutely transferable<\/div><div class=\"segment style-scope ytd-transcript-segment-renderer\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\" aria-label=\"29 minutes, 2 seconds to real scientific instruments,\nalthough they may be beefed up or maybe some other instruments\nor detectors to give a little bit more\"><div class=\"segment-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-segment-renderer\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><div class=\"segment-timestamp style-scope ytd-transcript-segment-renderer\">29:02<\/div><\/div>to real scientific instruments, although they may be beefed up or maybe some other instruments or detectors to give a little bit more<\/div><div class=\"segment style-scope ytd-transcript-segment-renderer\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\" aria-label=\"29 minutes, 8 seconds resolution for, performance per se. But there's some overlap. It's\nnot just like a toy.\"><div class=\"segment-start-offset style-scope ytd-transcript-segment-renderer\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><div class=\"segment-timestamp style-scope ytd-transcript-segment-renderer\">29:08<\/div><\/div>resolution for, performance per se. But there&#8217;s some overlap.
