W. Vincent Kim obtained his Ph.D. at Yonsei University, Korea in January 2017. Following his doctoral thesis Dr. Kim joined Christina Hsu's group at GSFC in March 2017.
Remote sensing
Dr. Kim's primary research interests are related to remote sensing of aerosol and gas species.
This include developing satellite algorithm, validation and analysis.
He is presently involved in the 'Deep Blue' aerosol project, led by Dr. Christina Hsu. His recent work at this group include improving retrieval resolution and surface property database.
