  • Brief Bio

Dr.Ju works as a Remote Sensing Scientist in the Biospheric Sciences Laboratory (code 618). He is interested in satellite-data-based vegetation dynamics study from continental to global scales. He received his BS from China’s Northwest University in 1993 and PhD from Boston University in 2004, all in geography.

    Current Projects

    Harmonized Landsat/Sentinel-2

He is currently on a team implementing a production system to harmonize Sentinel-2 and Landsat-8 data to provide more frequent moderate-resolution earth surface observation data (https://hls.gsfc.nasa.gov)
