    David A. Marks is a radar meteorologist and research support scientist at NASA GSFC, Wallops Flight Facility. Primary responsibilities include operation of the NASA Polarimetric (NPOL) S-band radar for the Global Precipitation Measurement (GPM) Ground Validation program, maintaining radar data calibration standards, and software development.
