Dr. Barbara Frasl joined the GSFC Solar Systems Exploration Division in 2017 after working at the MSFC Space Flight Center since 2015. She received her MSc in Austria at the University of Leoben and her PhD in Canberra at the Australian National University. Before joining the Noble Gas Research Lab at NASA as lab manager she worked at the Conrad Observatory in Austria.
Her scientific interests cover geochronology, cosmochemistry, noble gas isotope measurements on meteoritic samples, and solar wind implantation on lunar soil.
