Dr. Miwha Jin is an astrochemist. As part of Dr. Charnley's team, she is involved in the Astrochemistry Laboratory at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (in Greenbelt, MD, USA) as a Research Associate in the Department of Physics, Catholic University of America. Dr. Jin grew up in a small but beautiful southern seaside town in South Korea. After she earned her B.S. and M.A. from KyungHee University in Korea, she received a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Virginia in 2021. Dr. Jin is an expert in astrochemical modeling of star-forming regions and mm/sub-mm observations.
