Brief Bio
Ritesh Gautam is a Research Scientist with the Universities Space Research Association (USRA) working at the Climate and Radiation Laboratory of NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC). He received his PhD from George Mason University in 2009. He has participated in two NASA/GSFC-led field experiments to study impact of aerosols on regional climate in Thailand (2006) and India (2009). His research interests include remote sensing of tropospheric aerosols and their climate effects as well as assessing their potential impacts on hydrological cycle.
