Electromagnetic Counterparts to Gravitational Wave Sources

The Maryland-Goddard Joint Space-Science Institute (JSI) will have its next minisymposium at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center. All talks will be 20 minutes plus 10 minutes for questions. The schedule is as follows:
