The Science Proposal Support Office (SPSO) assists Goddard scientists in responding in a timely and effective manner to new opportunities, partnerships, and mission announcements of opportunity (≤ $5M). SPSO compliments the work of the New Opportunities Office (NOO, Code 101) and the Goddard Proposer Support Environment (GPSE), which assists with larger projects and AO's.
Various SPSO services are available to GSFC civil servants and contractors, as summarized in the SPSO Support Matrix and Steps to Getting SPSO Help.
