  • Monitored the health of SYBASE SQL/Archive servers and via PERL/SQL scripts
  • Wrote UNIX/awk/sed/SQL/PERL scripts to aid in the retrieval/storage of data products.
  • Wrote Perl code to monitor database connection history and to retrieve archival data
  • Performed data integrity checks and data reingests. Documented server issues.
  • Tracked down and fixed inconsistencies between metadata in the db tables and archived data
