Kunihiro Keika is a PhD student of Dept.
Geophysics, Graduate School of Science,
Kyoto University.  He recently submitted
papers on the dependence of energetic ions
in the foreshock on geomagnetic activity,
location, and charge state, He is now
working on the Earth's ring current.
